The Problem
Rural farmers grow over 80% of the world’s food (FAO, Dec 2025), yet face declining soil health, rising input costs, unpredictable markets, reliance on industrial methods that don’t fit their realities, and limited access to trusted tools, training, or financial support.
They stand on the front lines of climate change with the least protection.
The Solution
Provide farmers with simple, low-tech, high-impact tools, practical regenerative training, and clear income pathways they can use immediately. No apps, gamification, one-off rewards, complexity, or dependency.
How we do it
We combine community-led regenerative practices, biochar-to-soil solutions, natural carbon pools, local training, and a browser-based dashboard offering tools, instructions, soil tracking, opportunities, and pathways into stronger local markets.
Why Us
ARG works directly with small farmers and land stewards, guided by their needs and their context.
Everything we build is open-source, transparent, and community-first.
Our global team has deep experience across systems, agriculture, food systems, and environmental justice.
Our pilot & models evolves based on farmer feedback & needs.
Systems Regenerative Initiatives Through Open Source Tools
AgroReGenerations (ARG) is in a one-year pilot (Autumn Equinox 2025 → Autumn Equinox 2026), working with small farmers and land stewards across East Africa, expanding into Central and West Africa, with a parallel pilot in NTB Indonesia, and nodes in Southern Europe and the UK supported by innovators globally.
Our tools focus on simple, low-tech, high-impact solutions for farmers, even though the backend is powered by advanced integrations, For farmers, everything stays practical and accessible.
AgroConnect provides:
-
Practical regenerative tools and instructions
-
Kiln-building guides and biochar-to-soil practices
-
Income pathways through our anti-greenwashing natural carbon pools
-
Soil tracking via surveys, photos, and field-agent inputs
-
Youth and community opportunities
-
Entrepreneurial and micro-initiative resources
-
Grant and livelihood resources
-
A growing library of regenerative practices
-
Support in connecting farmers into higher-value local market pathways, prioritizing domestic sales and food security first
AgroConnect is a resource center, created for farmers with limited time, limited connectivity, and real work to do.
The platform is live and will evolve throughout the pilot. Farmers are our stakeholders, their feedback drives our direction.
How We Achieve This:
-
Farmer surveys and photos
-
Field-agent data collection
-
Third-party soil testing
-
Emerging AI support
-
Technical partnerships
Our purpose:
Improve land. Strengthen livelihoods. Expand opportunities without complexity.
Our Multiple Biome Pilots Today
Our pilot regions span multiple biomes. Our main pilots are in Kenya and the NTB region of Indonesia.
Our pilot regions span multiple biomes globally. Our main pilots are in Kenya (East Africa) and the NTB region of Indonesia.
Our initial micro-dataset at the start of our pilot was released with our September 21, 2025 launch. We will publicly release quarterly anonymous dataset reports throughout the pilot.

Primary Regions:
-
Kenya, sprawling into East, Central, and West Africa
-
NTB Indonesia
Secondary Regions :
-
Italy

AgroReGenerations, during our one-year pilot, will continually refine our MVPs, our technical partner integrations, and our evolving full AgroConnect farmer dashboard; A private resource and data hub connecting smallholders with tools, partners, educational resources, and

We are now onboarding additional farmers, collectives, and educators into our ecosystem as we continue refining and improving the AgroConnect dashboard throughout this pilot year.

Our Partners
Thank you to all our partners – past, present & future.
Since beginning our Web3 for Good mission in 2022, we’ve evolved into what we are today: a real-world, hands-on regenerative systems project anchored in intergenerational equity—AgroReGenerations.
Our initiative is rooted in supporting farmers, land stewards, and their communities, embracing ancestral knowledge and driving systems change. Designed for transparency, equity, and open-source collaboration, we are building toward scalable impact through our flagship pilot and accessible tools.
If you’re working toward aligned goals—equity, regeneration, sustainability, or education that uplifts communities—we’d love to connect, collaborate, or explore ways to support each other.
Epidaurus
Web3 for Good
We began in 2022 as a Web3 for Good initiative under Epidaurus. As AgroReGenerations formed in 2024 and grew, we fully transitioned toward a transparent farmer-first regenerative systems approach, while EPID now serves as a contained logic layer supporting impact verification and community transparency.

EPiD is a green, secure, multi-utility cryptocurrency with measurable real-world impact supporting regenerative projects globally
EPiD remains tradable on decentralized exchanges. We are currently undergoing a security audit while refining utility and exploring multi-chain options.
We are committed to evolving the EPiD ecosystem to better support regenerative systems, farmer incentives, and measurable impact. This includes planned updates to our white paper, ongoing security audits, our carbon offset model, and all additional governance resources, all fully transparent, third-party validated, and open to community scrutiny.
